Certain rugs, such as hand-made Persian, Oriental & viscose rugs need to be cleaned at our rug facility. The process starts by removing any loose soil by thoroughly vacuuming your rug on both sides. Next, your rug goes into our wash pit where we use gentle biodegradable shampoos to wash your rug. This process is done several times until there isn't any more soil coming from your rug. We then spot treat any spot that did not initially come out. The rug fibers are then hand groomed. It then goes into our drying room where it will dry under temperature controlled settings.
